Village Consulting LLC operates kylegarrett.ai. This page describes the information the current production site actually uses: fit call booking through Cal.com, first-party conversion events, and The AI Operator newsletter when that signup is used.

Fit call booking

When you book a free 20-minute fit call, scheduling runs through Cal.com. Cal.com receives the information you enter in its scheduler. Please avoid including sensitive or confidential information in the booking form.

First-party conversion events

The site records anonymous events such as audit booking clicks and work-example views. These events are stored as daily counts when analytics infrastructure is configured. They do not include your name, email, or message. No third-party advertising pixels are used for this measurement.

What this site stores

• Cal.com stores the booking information you submit according to its own privacy practices.
• Redis stores anonymous conversion counts when analytics infrastructure is configured, not contact details.
• The browser may keep campaign and referrer details for the current session for anonymous attribution.

The AI Operator newsletter

If you subscribe from this site, your email is stored in Resend so Kyle can send The AI Operator newsletter. The contact is added to the AI Operator list, opted in to that topic, and labeled as coming from the site.

Booking a fit call does not subscribe you to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email, or email Kyle at kyle@village-consulting.com to ask for deletion.

Retention and deletion

For fit call bookings, use Cal.com’s controls or email Kyle to request help with your information. Email kyle@village-consulting.com with privacy questions or deletion requests.
