THE WORK

Inside the workflows.

What was manual. What the system now carries. Where a person still makes the call.

What a production workflow looks like

AI handles the repeatable work. People keep the decisions that require judgment, context, or accountability.

Owned workflow

Research-to-Reply Workflow

Process map
  1. Reddit and LinkedIn supply places to contribute.
  2. An agent researches the opportunity and drafts a reply.
  3. The draft is added to a Notion table.
  4. I edit the copy and mark the row ready. Nothing publishes before that.
  5. The agent posts to Reddit or LinkedIn and records the Notion row as done.

An agent researches opportunities and adds them to a Notion table. I edit the reply and mark it ready. The agent posts it and records the row as done.

Result: Researched opportunities move into a reviewed queue and either publish or close, rather than becoming abandoned drafts.

Campaign Build and Approval

Process map
  1. Approved copy lives in a Google Doc.
  2. I supply the Marketo location, audience, and timing.
  3. An agent builds the email asset, program, smart list, and schedule in Marketo.
  4. I approve before the program goes live.

An agent takes the copy, Marketo location, audience, and timing, then builds the email asset, program, smart list, and schedule.

Result: An approved brief becomes a review-ready campaign program while final launch approval remains human.

Customer Incentive Approval

Process map
  1. A Slack request starts the workflow.
  2. An agent checks Salesforce for a completed demo and Sendoso for a send in the past six months.
  3. If the send is eligible, I approve it. Nothing goes out without that approval.
  4. Sendoso fulfills the send.

An agent checks the demo event and reward history, then brings an eligible send to me for approval.

Result: One reviewable decision replaces separate CRM and fulfillment checks before anything is sent.

Representative workflow diagnosis

A deeper engagement looks like this.

This is a sample of the deliverable, not a client result.

Lead follow-up that never quite lands

Current state

Lead arrives → spreadsheet → Slack message → unclear owner → follow-up slips

Keep human

  • Qualification exceptions
  • High-value replies
  • Final customer communication

First build

  • Capture the lead centrally
  • Apply explicit qualification rules
  • Assign an owner
  • Start approved follow-up
  • Escalate exceptions

Operational result. Every lead ends with an owner, a next action, or a recorded reason it stopped.

The human-control pattern

Repeatable checks, drafts, and routing can move into a system. Approvals, exceptions, and customer-facing judgment stay with a named person unless an explicit control exists.
